Tuition and fees for the fall term must be paid in full or enrolled in a payment plan by this date to avoid holds, late fees, and cancellation.
Classes for full and first-session fall courses begin.
This is the final day to drop first or full session fall courses and receive a 100% refund.
This is the last day to adjust registration for first or full session fall courses without a “W” grade, including adding courses, dropping courses, changing variable credit hours, student level, or grading options.
This is the final day to drop first and full session courses and receive an 80% refund. No first session refunds will be disbursed after this date.
September 2025
University closed; no classes.
Instructors must submit attendance for all first and full session fall courses by this date for financial aid compliance and insitutional reporting.
This is the final day to drop full session fall courses and receive a 60% refund.
Enrollment is “frozen” for financial aid purposes. Financial aid awards are based on the number of credit hours a student is enrolled in as of this date.
This is the final day to drop full session fall courses and receive a 40% refund. No full session refunds will be disbursed after this date.

This is the last day to resolve incomplete or NR grades from the previous fall term.
Final exams for the fall term are held during this period.
Commencement and hooding ceremonies are held for all fall graduates.
Degrees are officially conferred for fall graduates on this date.
All grades for full and second session fall courses must be submitted by 8:00 AM EST on this date.
Final fall grades are posted to student transcripts.
Students are notified of academic probation or dismissal based on fall term grades.

Full and second session summer courses end.
This is the official degree conferral date for summer graduates. No commencement ceremonies or graduate hoodings are held for summer. Graduates are encouraged to participate in either the preceding spring or following fall ceremonies.
