Course Drop FAQs

What if I am not able to complete my enrollment in a course?

If you are unable to complete enrollment in a course, then it is important to officially withdraw/drop from that class.

Will I receive a refund of my fees for the course(s) I drop?

What is the process for dropping/withdrawing from a Full Session course?

Through 10th day Circle Park Online Drop without a "W"
11th-84th days Circle Park Online Drop with a "W"
After the 84th day Present a request, signed by the instructor(s) and adviser, with documented evidence of extenuating circumstances to the Office of Graduate Student Services, P105 Andy Holt Tower.  
 

FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

HOW
TRANSCRIPT
Through the 10th day Circle Park Online Drop without a "W"
11th-42nd days Circle Park Online Drop with a "W"
43rd-84th days Obtain a WP/WF form online and take it to the instructor/professor for signatures. Then bring the signed form to the office of the University Registrar (209 Student Services Building) for processing. WP for Withdrawn Passing or WF for Withdrawn Failing
After the 84th day No drops are permitted
