Faculty Regalia - Rental
Faculty members who wish to rent their regalia must place their orders online. Payment will be required when their order is picked up at the University Bookstore the week of December 7, 2009. Orders may be placed online until October 25, 2009. After this date all orders must be placed by calling Jostens at 800/854-7464. Exact hood colors will not be guaranteed if ordered after October 25.
Rental regalia will be collected at Thompson Boling Assembly Center & Arena after commencement. Look for a UT Bookstore Representative.
Faculty Regalia - Purchase
Faculty members may also purchase their regalia. Jostens offers complete units (cap, gown, tassel, hood and tam) or these items may be purchased separately. During these dates Jostens will be offering special pricing on the custom Sussex doctoral and masters regalia outfit which includes cap, gown, tassel and hood.
The Fine Quality regalia will be displayed on the following dates:

Student Regalia Information
Bachelor Regalia
Students may purchase their regalia at Grad Finale to be held in the University Center Ballroom on October 20, 2009 from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM and on October 21 & 22, 2009 from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Students who purchase their regalia at the Grad Finale will receive a 20% discount. The discount will be offered at the event only. After the event the regalia may be purchased at the UT Bookstore in the University Center.
Master Regalia
Master regalia (Cap, Gown and Tassel) may be purchased at Grad Finale to be held in the University Center Ballroom on October 20, 2009 from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM and on October 21 & 22, 2009 from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Students who purchase their regalia at the Grad Finale will receive a 20% discount. The discount will be offered at the event only. After the event the regalia may be purchased at the UT Bookstore in the University Center.

Students may place their orders for hoods online with Jostens or by calling 800-854-7464. Online ordering will be available until October 25, 2009. After this date students should call the toll free number to place their orders.
On-line hood rental orders may be placed by visiting the UT Bookstore web site. Click on the Graduation Supplies link and connect to the Jostens site for ordering your rental regalia or to purchase your Fine Quality regalia.
