Grades, GPAs, and GPA Calculators
Below is information about how to see your grades each term. If you would like to know more about grades and grade point averages, visit the links below.
Viewing Your Grades
You can access your grades on the Internet through Circle Park Online (CPO). Circle Park Online is available Monday through Saturday 7:00 a.m. to midnight and Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for grade access.
To access your grades through the Internet, have the following ready:
- your NetID and
- your NetID password
There is no limit to the number of times you can access grades.
When Grades Will Be on CPO
Grades will be posted online as soon as they are entered by instructors. Grade entry opens after the last day of classes for the term except for summer term.
Grade Mailing
When you access your grades by Internet, you have the opportunity to request a copy of your grades.
If you request a copy of your grades, it will be sent to your home (permanent) address. If any doubt exists, please check to be sure your address is up-to-date on Circle Park Online. For more information about updating your addresses with the University follow this link - Address.
Financial Holds and Grade Access
If you clear a financial hold, your grades will be available immediately on Circle Park Online.
Grade Changes
If you receive a change of grade, you may view the change in CPO (Circle Park Online). You may request another copy of your grades through CPO that will reflect the change of grade.
To Request a Copy of Your Grades
- Go to Circle Park Online (http://cpo.utk.edu) and sign on.
- Browse to the page where grades are displayed.
- Scroll down and find a button called "Request Copy" and click on it.
A Grade of "NR" (Not Reported)
Grades of NR mean "Not Reported" by the instructor. When missing grades are submitted, you can view them on Circle Park Online.
