Student Information System

The Student Information System Project (SIS Project) web site contains information about desktop requirements, security access forms and training manuals. Please review the information provided on the SIS Project web site regularly for updates.

Facilities Services (formerly known as Physical Plant)-responsibilities include building operation, maintenance and grounds landscaping.

The following reports are available through the Student Information System.

How to Access the Report
Class Rolls Lists students enrolled in a class section SIS Registration is where the class roll report is located. Users apply for access to run class rolls in the registration system using the access forms on the SIS web site listed above.
Title IV Rolls for Financial Aid Special class roll that instructors are asked to indicate if a student receiving Title IV Financial Aid is attending class. SIS Registration is where the Title IV roll report is located. Users apply for access to Title IV rolls using the access forms on the SIS web site listed above.
Management (Enrollment) Reports Enrollment data for all sections of classes SIS Timetable is where the Management reports are located. Users apply for access to Management reports in the timetable system using the access forms on the SIS web site listed above.

Special Events Room Scheduling
Please call 974-1306 or 974-1310 to request a classroom for special events, such as a study session, faculty meeting, student organization meeting, or guest speaker.


Technology in the Classroom
Do you need equipment, training or information about SMART classrooms? The Innovative Technology Center (ITC) provides the leadership, support, resources, and training to help UT faculty, graduate teaching assistants and academic staff make effective use of technology in their teaching, both online and in the classroom.


Timetable Processes
Timetable Processing Calendar: SIS Timetable processing calendar is located in the Management Menu under Timetable in IMSP. Users should check this calendar to know when their edit periods are for each term.



Scheduling of General Instructional Space
The Policy on Use of General Instructional Space is the policy adhered to by the Office of the University Registrar when assigning classroom space on campus. Class scheduling should be according to Valid Class Times.
