Special class roll that instructors are asked to
indicate if a student receiving Title IV Financial Aid is attending
class. |

Special Events Room Scheduling
Please call 974-1306 or 974-1310 to request a classroom for special events, such as a study session, faculty meeting, student organization meeting, or guest speaker.

you need equipment, training or information about SMART classrooms? The
Innovative Technology Center
(ITC) provides the leadership, support, resources, and training to help
UT faculty, graduate teaching assistants and academic staff make effective
use of technology in their teaching, both online and in the classroom.
Timetable Processes
Timetable Processing Calendar: SIS Timetable processing
calendar is located in the Management Menu under Timetable in IMSP. Users
should check this calendar to know when their edit periods are for each
term.

Instructional Space
The Policy
on Use of General Instructional Space is the policy adhered to by the
Office of the University Registrar when assigning classroom space on campus.
Class scheduling should be according to Valid
Class Times.
