Banner Access and Training

Grade Entry Instructions are in Faculty Grade Entry in MyUTK.

The Office of the University Registrar provides ongoing faculty and staff training on the use of the curriculum, timetable, registration, and record systems that are components of Banner.

Access

Every person who needs access to curriculum update, timetable/room scheduling update, registration inquiry and update, and student records update must submit a Banner System Account Request Form to Enrollment Management.

Request for, or questions about, timetable/room scheduling training should be directed to Jennifer Hardy, associate registrar, or call 865-974-1310.

Registration

Requests for, or questions about registration training should be directed to registrar@utk.edu.

If faculty have questions or need additional assistance or training on Faculty Grade Entry or Attendance Tracking, email registrar@utk.edu.
